Overview: … born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. I started my DJing career at the age of 15years playing as a “bed-room” DJ – spinning vinyls for fun. I am innovative,
my style is unique and I stylishly combine nu-skool & old-skool, hip hop and R&B, electro
dance & pop, house and of course high energy local club music.
I have played played sets with all top Kenyan DJ’s, at top events such as Pilsner Mfalme
DJ competition, Miss Kenya pageants and at concerts featuring Sean Paul, Morgan
Heritage, Brick & Lace and Beenie Man i.e. just to name a few..
In December 2009, Homeboyz Radio offered me the opportunity to co host a live DJ
request show – The Fixx. The show has an estimated audience of close to 1,000,000
listeners.
I have played at most of the big venues and clubs in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kampala.
These venues include the Florida group of clubs, Club Silk- Kampala and the Party zone
of Westlands, Nairobi.
Working Experience at a glance:
* 2000 first experience in DJing @ age 15yrs using Technics turntables
* 2002 first gig @ Café Cream after contracted DJ failed to turn up
* 2002 - 07 Several gigs mainly with the Planet Funk DJs
* 2007 to date Head DJ @ the Carnivore Simba Saloon, Nairobi
* 2009 to date Co Host radio dj mix show – The Fixx @ Homeboyz Radio 91.5 fm
